DTP Quality Assurance
Final Layout Checks Before Publication
A misplaced symbol or missing line can slip through during formatting. Give your finished documents one final review before they reach your readers.

Our quality management is certified according to ISO 9001 and is integrated into each and every step. Especially documents that go for printing need to be persuasive in terms of layout and style. The close collaboration between translators, graphic designers and project managers enables us to achieve the best results. After translation and content correction, our graphic designer reproduces the layout. Before freezing the final version, our graphic designer passes on the file in PDF format to the translator, who does the preprint correction – also called pre-print proofreading. The translator checks primarily the layout and typesetting of the document. Our customers can rest assured that their data is checked multiple times for accuracy and completeness. The high quality of our translations is also assured by the certification according to the ISO 17100 standard.
Before publishing we review your file again for:
- consistent punctuation
- spacing, blank spaces and paragraphs
- correct sentence breaks in the target language
- distorted or ruined fonts
- incorporation of all previous changes
